WARRANTY COVERAGE

90-DAY / 3,000-MILE WARRANTY

All motorcycles include a 90-day limited warranty or a 3,000-mile limit, whichever occurs first. Coverage begins on the date the motorcycle is registered in the buyer’s name.

This warranty is intended to address unexpected mechanical or electrical issues that may occur during normal street use shortly after purchase.

COVERAGE SCOPE

During the coverage period, the warranty applies to failures of major mechanical and electrical components that affect the normal operation of the motorcycle.

ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN

Coverage includes internal engine components, lubrication-related parts, transmission components, and primary drivetrain elements when failure occurs during normal riding conditions.

CLUTCH & POWER DELIVERY

Clutch-related components are covered when failure is not the result of misuse, abuse, or operating conditions outside normal street use.

COOLING & FUEL SYSTEMS

Cooling system components and fuel delivery components directly related to normal engine operation are included.

ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS

Coverage extends to engine management components, sensors required for proper operation, charging system components, and electrical systems involved in starting and normal riding operation.

REPAIRS & LOCATION

Warranty repairs are completed at a repair facility agreed upon in advance. There is no requirement for the motorcycle to be returned to our location.

When applicable, we coordinate directly with the repair facility to review, approve, and complete the repair process.

AUTHORIZATION & PROCESS

• Issues should be reported promptly after being identified
• Repairs require approval prior to work being performed, except in emergency situations
• Diagnosis and repairs are handled through qualified repair facilities

This process helps ensure repairs are documented, efficient, and consistent.

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not apply to:

• Routine maintenance or scheduled service items
• Normal wear items (tires, brakes, belts, chains, sprockets, fluids, filters)
• Cosmetic concerns or appearance-related issues
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, overheating, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Track use, competition, or racing activities
• Modifications, tuning, ECU flashes, or aftermarket performance changes
• Issues caused by contaminated fuel, incorrect fluids, or improper storage

These exclusions reflect normal expectations for pre-owned, performance-oriented motorcycles.

USE & MAINTENANCE

Warranty coverage applies to motorcycles operated under normal street conditions and maintained in accordance with manufacturer-recommended service guidelines.
